Having grown up overseas, I bring a diverse perspective to my coaching practice, rooted in both my academic and personal experiences. As a medical doctor and a holder of a master's degree in mental health counseling, I uniquely incorporate my expertise into both my personal and professional approach to healing. One of the most valuable things I've learned as a recent divorcee and mother of three is how to embrace self-compassion, and I've worked to do so in new, life changing ways through the use of tools such as my faith, therapy, energy work, writing, and boundary setting. I have been tenacious and intentional in my healing journey and peace-pursuit, and I am committed to being just as driven in my work with clients. My passion for empowering others to discover their intrinsic worth drove me to create this pathway to guide individuals toward a more peaceful, authentic life, filled with love and self-compassion. Our program is thoughtfully crafted to integrate smoothly into your busy life. Flexible scheduling is available for biweekly (every other week) one-on-one sessions with Dr. Jones (evening hours are available). Support materials and exercises are flexible and can be adapted to fit your schedule.
